MINI-DIAM V3 diamond belt machine. This equipment is used to shape glazing from 3 to 8 mm thick, using diamond (or abrasive) and cork belts measuring 65 x 482 mm. 2 roller speeds: 2000 rpm and 3000 rpm. The grinding angle can be adjusted from 0 to 45° by tilting the grinding unit, with a precise scale on the right-hand flange. 2 x 100cm roller bars with adjustable spacing from 124 to 286mm for ergonomic glass shaping up to 850 x 500 mm. The machine runs on a 6.6 Ah battery. It can be recharged when plugged into the mains 220V single-phase mains supply, with the machine switched off. Several hours of continuous operation are possible on a charged battery in ‘normal’ use. The cooling water circuit is easily connected upstream with a quick-connect garden hose, and drained with a Ø32mm PVC pipe.
